Recently had my ac charged but the ac is not blowing out the dash vents.  It blows out the defroster vent and floor vents.  Before I had it charged the low refrigerant warning was on and it didn't work at all but now it blows cold but not through the vents.  Any suggestions.

Either the vacuum diaphram for the ac vent/defrost is faulty, the blue vacuum line to the diaphram is not getting any vacuum or is broken or disconnected from the diaphram or the AC/heater programmer (ACM) needs to be replaced.

I can provide simple test procedures and pictures for performing test procedures to determine which is at fault.
