Cadillac Repair: Leaking Air Line, vacuum line, cadilliac

Question
I have a 1990 Cadilliac Sedan Deville 4.5 V8.
While sitting in the car with the doors and windows closed and the engine running I can hear air (like an air hose is off)
which sounds like it is coming from the engine compartment.
The air sound I can hear around the dash and floor board area.
I changed the distributor cap and rotor on the car, and after that is when I heard the sound, I also have a code of E98.Which before I did all of that I did not have a code. So could you please help, I have know idea at what it is. I know it must be a air line that has to do with the emission, because now the car trys to die sometimes, and it jerks slightly when I left off the gas, while driving.
I changed the distributor and rotor because the modulator under the cap and rotor went out, which I had to change too.

Answer
E98 = Park to Neutral anmd drive to reverse in idle speed control range.

Look around for a loose vacuum line where you were working with the distributor.

Check all your AC and heat settings to make sure that the air comes out of the correct vents.

Engage your emergency brake and when you shift it into drive see if it releases the emergency brake.
