Cadillac Repair: Flasher, 1997 cadillac sls, flasher relay

I have a 1997 Cadillac SLS and both blinker lights come but don't flash.  Friend said to get electronic flasher(relay) and we got that but we can't find where these are.  Can you tell me where they're located?

Hi Paula,

       I don't have my '97 book at home but in the '96 book it shows the flasher to be under the dash below the speedometer near the steering column. I will look at work tomorrow and repost if in a different location. Hope that helps. Bill
