Where is the main fuse box locate (where the relays for the cooling fan is located) on a 1994 Cadillac Seville, 4.6 Northstar?

Just behind the drivers side headlights is the emissions canister. Just behind the canister there are 4 relays mounted side by side. The one closest to the drivers fender is the RAP relay. The other 3 are for your cooling fans. Suggest you replace all 3 if you do not have a wiring diagram to test each relay.
