Cadillac Repair: Bad miss, spark plug wires, vacuum leaks

Question
A close friend give me a 88 deville 4.5. The car has set for 1 year, it ran great when it was parked. I have replaced the plugs and the fuel, air filters. I have cleaned the injectors and the throttle body. I have checked for vacuum leaks by using carb cleaner. I have checked the plug wires and filled up with fresh gas. None of this has had any effect on the problem I noticed when brought the car home. My problem is once the car begins to warm up (about 5 to 10 mins.) it misses badly when you lightly press on the accelerator pedal. It idles perfectly and anything more than light pressure on the pedal and it runs quit well. I reset the codes, without checking them when I tuned it up. I have driven out half a tank of gas (140 miles) with this condition and it has set no codes. I checked both service engine lights they seem to work fine. Thank you.

Answer
Could be an intermittent fault in the THROTTLE POSITIONING SENSOR (TPS) enough to cause a hesitation but not enough to set a code.

Check for codes anyway even though the service lights are not on.

Check the MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR (MAP) plastic or rubber hose for any internal restrictions and or cracks in the line.

When was the last time spark plug wires were put on the vehicle ?.
