Cadillac Repair: Traction Control/ABS, 20inch rims, cadillac el dorado

I have a 95 Cadillac El Dorado....Disabled Traction Control light stays on and  ABS light as well.....I do have 20inch rims as well...I don't have owners manual, can I fix myself or is there some kind of code I can press without taking too dealer?

Answer
1. Ignition ON. Engine OFF.

2. Simultaneously push and hold the OFF and WARMER (^) buttons on the climate control panel.

3. Diagnostic codes will start to appaer on the fuel data panel in LETTER/NUMBER combinations with either HISTORY or CURRENT appaering with each code.

4. When codes stop turn OFF ignition.

5. Tell me EXACTLY what codes you get and if they are current or history in the EXACT order in which they display.
