Cadillac Repair: 1991 cadillac deville 4.9 liter, cadillac deville, depth test

Question
at koeo no codes, runs great no trouble, with koer reference voltage across sensors and battery varies from 2-20 volts, and engine bogs down and dies upon open throttle, I decided to remove serpentine belt to eliminate altenator voltage, bcm and derm unit.  still have various voltages from 2- 20 volts,  i know that the pcm is supposed to output 5-6 volt reference tp sensor, but while engine is running voltage is 2-20 volts and vehicle will not accelerate with out bogging down and going dead.  change pcm with a used salvage pcm same results.. have you seen this situation before.  Timing is correct, koeo all power supplies are correct but once engine is running all hell breaks loose.  all grounds are located inspected and cleaned.

Answer
Yes, I have seen this before. One of the solenoids in one of the engine devices is shorting out the quad driver in the pcm.

I can provide you with an electrical schematic of the tPS circuit to the PCM and also a very detailed in depth test procedures to test the pcm wiring for voltage shorts going into the pcm. If you have a voltage short going into the PCM, you will blow the pcm everytime you install a new one.
