Cadillac Repair: fuel relay switch, car wont start, relay switch

Question
Where is the fuel relay switch or a switch to turn the fuel on after it might have shut off.  Fuel pumpm works and there is spark but the car wont start

There is NO fuel shut off switch.

What year and model vehicle ?.

Are you sure you have fuel pressure and spark to the spark plugs ?. Try spraying a little starting fluid in the engine and see if it tries to start. If it does, check your fuel pressure and let me know what it is.
