Cadillac Repair: 1992 Cadillac DeVille Cooling System Leaks, haynes auto book, cadillac deville

Question
Hi Tom. Purchased a 92 DeVille real cheap, and im having cooling problems. I have 2 questions.
1) There are main tubes that connect on the radiator. The bottom one is connected to the Timing Cover on the engine, and it is rusted away. Would I need to replace the hole timing cover, and is there anything I should watch out for when replacing that piece?
2) On top of the block near the firewall is a "T" shaped piece with 2 hoses. the long hose on the right needs replacing and the "T" is rusted and also needs replacing. My Haynes auto book doesnt tell me what pieces they are. Any clue, cause I need to order them but have no idea what to order?

This is my two main issues. The entire cooling system needs to be replaced on this car, down to the radiator itself and the water pump. With all this rust, is it safe to flush the engine while making these repairs?

Thanks, and I really appreciate the help!

Answer
I would flush it before and after the repairs. E-mail me at: onlineautohelp@msn.com and I can provide pictures of the top of the engine and the repair necessary for the timing cover.
