Cadillac Repair: Cadillac deville 1991 codes?, cadillac deville, solinoid

My sister has a 1991 deville and after reading the codes as you descrided to another person. My question is what does the F30 and F31 code refer to. You can turn the ignition on, and the dash lights up, but the starter does not turn, not even a click from the solinoid. Thx

F30 = Climate control panel to Body Control Module (BCM) data problem.

F31 = Fuel data center to BCM data problem.

Most likely a faulty BCM (computer).
