Cadillac Repair: Electronic Climate Control, electronic climate control, cadillac coupe deville

I have a 1984 Cadillac Coupe Deville 4.1 (RWD) I bought about 2 years
ago and a problem I have is with the Electronic Climate Control. When
the car is cold and has not been started for a couple of hours, the
climate control dash lights up and works properly...but, after the car has
been driving for a while (say about 15-20 minutes) I'd turn off the
vehicle and turn the vehicle back on, the climate control dash would not turn on! Then you hear and
feel hot air blow out from underneath coming from the vents by my
feet!??? Whats the problem here?! Please help!"

Could be a faulty intermittent:

Control panel.
Programmer.
Power module.
any number of electrical connections.
