Cadillac Repair: heater, fleetwood cadillac, ac hoses

My heater and airconditioner works fine,but both wont blow through the vents.Ican feal it blowing by my feet but thats it.I have a 1991 fleetwood cadillac.

Drop the sound panels with a 7mm socket, check the ac hoses for a rip or tear, if everything looks ok remove the glove box and check for a programmer issue, when you change the temp on the ac panel you will see the programmer move back there, if you dont it needs to be reattached, if its still attached it needs to be replaced.
