Cadillac Repair: Cadillac Concourse 1995, starter relay, transmission safety

Please HELP. Where is the starter relay on a 1995 Cadillac Concourse?

There is no starter relay, it has a transmission safety neutral switch which acts as a relay, there is an ignition switch where you turn your key which is the only switch to enable the starter, how do you know the starter is your problem? Using a test light test for voltage to the yellow or purple wire going to the starter.
