One day everything was working fine the next we have no heater, no fan, no defroster.  Checked the fuse 30 amp but got no results when we replaced it

If what you are saying is that you have NO blower air flow and cannot feel or hear the blower motor. Replace the blower motor and the power module which is located just above the blower and a couple of inches to the left as you stand in front of the vehicle. the power module has 3 screws and when you remove it you will see a large aluminum heat sink attached to the bottom of it.

replace the complete POWER MODULE and the blower motor.
