Cadillac Repair: 1990 caddy deville fwd, egr valves, gonna flood

Question
The car will not turn over unless I give it gas while I'm turning the key(yes, risking flooding). Also, it will not idle without stalling. I have to keep my foot slightly on the gas at all times. On the freeway or open road this is not a problem, but as soon as I hit a red light and try to ease off the accelerator, it will stall. From there I have to pop it into neutral and restart it.

and heres the codes for it e-52  e-55 f-31 and heres my cell number too its 919-667-3102

Answer
Well the 90 deville is fuel injected so your not gonna flood the motor. The first thing i would check is the air and fuel filters, then the fuel pump. You can also run some injector cleaner and clean out the throttle body and egr valves.
The codes mean ECM reset, TPS out of adjustment, and 31 is a MAP sensor short.
