Cadillac Repair: 95 deville no heater fan, heater fan, blower motor

Heater fan went out, but I can feel heat at my toes. Display still works. Checked water level, it was low. Added coolant. Noticed overflow tank was high. As car cools down hose to thermostat collapses.Fills back up as car warms. Replaced thermostat no change. Did I get a bad thermostat?

If you can't HEAR or feel air coming out of any of the vents and if you can't feel the blower motor running the most likely cause is the BLOWER CONTROL MODULE located above the blower motor and about 4 inches to the passengers side on top of the big black plastic housing.

It is held on by (3) 7mm screws and has a multi-wire electrical connector attached to it.

I would replace the blower motor also.
