Cadillac Repair: 91 deville no run no make bang bang!, electrical schematics, jumper wires

We are working on a 91'cadillac deville that the starter circuit has been bypassed, shows code 58 vats. Can we disable VATS, with jumper wires? Just want car to run its not even worth stealing...

Is the code a PCM code E58 = PASS key fuel enable problem.

There is no VATS diagnostics in 1991.

Check your year vehicle. Are you referring to the Vehicle Anti Theft System ?.

I can provide you with electrical schematics for the pass-Key system whereas you will be able to enable the starter and rewire the fuel voltage signal to the pump will run, But I do NOT recommend altering the system.
