Cadillac Repair: 89 Brougham defrost, vacuum line, programer

de frost will work if you  turn down temp to 60  then turn it up if you put on  auto or anything and then try def it wont come out def   tried different  programer and cluster good vacuum to programer every thing  else works

You most likely have a fault in the defroster vacuum tubing (color is Yellow on one vacuum line and Dark Blue on the other vacuum line attached to the valve.
