Cadillac Repair: 94 Seville SLS, seville sls, radiator hoses

New radiator, hoses, thermostat.  Developed power steering leak and fixed with return hose and then a new rack.  Since the car has been overheating regularly even with 5 tabs. There are no leaks. At first the temp will stay 207-228. Once it gets over 234 it climbs to 257 and "coolant hot" flashes and must pull over. The fans cut in about 226 and hold temp down for a short time and then watchout 257. Mechanic can't figure it out.  Maybe there are sensors. My AC is in default "low refrigerant" A/C Comp. off. Would this have anything to do with it . Thank you I'm puzzled and frustated.

MAXIMUM amount of tablets is 3 NOT 5. There is a possibility that either the water pump is failing and or the thermostat is failing or faulty. Or you have plugged up the coolant chambers in the engine due to to many tablets.

Does the heater work (Blows hot air at a high temp ?.

Did you install a brand new radiator ?.
