Cadillac Repair: 1997 Cadillac SLS, 1997 cadillac sls, negative battery cable

Question
There are a few problems I am having...PLEASE HELP!!!!
1.If the car is not started for any SHORT lenght of time (as little as 3 or 4 days) it is COMPLETELY dead, and has to be jumped started. If started every day- no problem.
2.Every so often the car wants to run hot. I have never found any leak spots under the car and have never seen where a leak could be coming from. The a/c didn't work even when I first started driving it, and my dad thought part of the problem with the overheating had something to do with the a/c kept cutting on in the engine even though I didn't have it on, so he took the fuse out since it wasn't working anyway. It was fine for a little while but then it started again and once in a while starts running hot. I'll put water in it  and it will be fine again for a little while.
3.There is a rattling in the front of my car - when I'm accelerating and when I'm coasting. Do you think it could ba a stabilizer bar?
4.There is a clicking sound coming from the passenger side of the car under the hood (when idling )near some belt by where you add the power steering fluid(there is plenty of power steering fluid,by the way)my dad said possible water pump problem?

Answer
1. You need to put an amp meter in between the negative battery cable and the negative battery post and see how many AMPS the car is pulling out of the battery when noting is turned on and the engine is OFF.

Your maximum AMPERAGE draw should be 1/2 of an amp.

Check it or have it checked.

2. Cadillac's are notorious for using water/coolant due to bad head gaskets which require replacement.

3. I would have to drive the car to hear this noise.

4. I would have to hear this noise.
