Cadillac Repair: Hard to start when hot, car level, electrical plug

Question
Thanks  It was the starter. Now to the leveler.  Is it ok to disconnect it completely and just what does it do?  It stays running 5 or more minutes and a lot of people walk by it at work and think the car is still running.  Is there an easy way to check the problem?  Thanks and Merry Christmas.

-----Question-----
My 93 Deville turns over real slow for the first 2or3 seconds after I have driven it and the engine is hot. Also the leveler stays on for about 5 minutes after I turn the motor off.  Also, sometimes at cold start-up, it will act like it doesn't want to start for a second.  Good battery.  Ideas?
-----Answer-----
have the starter tested.

As to the leveler it could be a leak and if not a leak in the air lines a faulty HEIGHT SENSOR.

Answer
It keeps the rear of the car level with the front when you put alot of weight in the trunk.

Basically, automatic air shocks.

Most common fault is height sensor.

Most of the time it is either a leak in the air lines that go to the air shocks or to the air pump that you hear running. Check them for leaks. If no leaks replace the HEIGHT SENSOR which is mounted above the rear axle and has a round multi-wire electrical plug attached to it and a small metal rod that attaches to the suspension.
