AnswerYes, the code means chasis C0660 Level Control Exhaust Valve Circuit Malfunction. There is a valve on the compressor, i beleive on these cars the compressor is somewhere on the undercarriage, the valve may be cracked or leaking, the best way to test for this is to spray it with water, BUT as you said the compressor isnt working, the first place to look is of course the fuses, follow the electrical line to the compressor, test the voltage at the compressor. Check that the ground connection is clean, it may be neccessary to replace the compressor.
