Okay it has a new alternator, battery and a new ground and power cables. I found the stock amp was staying on so I changed it to a ignition power. The PROBLEM is the car will not stay charged over night. I have a aftermarket alarm on it. When I jump it the battery volts inside the vehicle says 14.5 which is good so I don't know what it could be.I had the alternator and battery checked again and they say they are both good. PLEASE HELP. All the fuses are good in the hood and behind the seat.

There are a few possibilities but im going to start with the most probable ones first, if it runs and the battery is charged, its probably not the alternator, something is draining the battery.
1. The fuse that you have the amp going to may be hot all the time; sometimes, even though it doesn't make sense, the fuse would be "hot" at all times and the component itself has a regulator or self turn on device. I would reccomend wiring a manual switch yourself, or splicing into the radio power antenna lead and see if the problem goes away.
2. The alarm could be the issue, try unplugging it for a week or two, if your willing to leave your car unarmed, and see if the problem goes away. Take it to a stereo shop and have them diagnose why the alarm is draining power.
4. Make sure all connections are tight on the battery and alternator, but dont strip the alternator bolt or you WILL have to replace it again.
3. Check the battery terminals and make 100% sure the + is going in fact to the + terminal and - to a ground on the chasis. I highly doubt this is the problem, if it was your starter most likely wouldnt crank, or it would be extremely weak while turning.
Let me know whether or not any of these are in fact your problem.

The door fuse should be connected with the accessory or courtesy lights, or interiors lights, the owners manual should tell you which one they are fused to, the alarm may or may not be wired to the "open door" switch, each door has one and when pushed in it gives the BCM a signal that the door is closed, when its pushed out the BCM receives an open door signal.

Answer
Does the car start right up when jump started, there may be a starter malfunction. Other than that all i can think of is something is draining the battery, what other accessories do you have hooked up to the car, and if you must, unplug the radio and stock amp.
