It is a 1988 Cadillac Brougham with a 5.0 engine...I read some of your answers to other people and I asked a auto parts person about a BCM and they have no idea what I'm talking about.

after the engine warms up the heater will work full blast, but nothing else. Checked the fuses and all appear good. But none of the lights on the climate control work.

Your problem is either the:

ECC programmer.
Control head.
faulty wire.
Power module.
