Cadillac Repair: Radio on 1989 Deville, satalite radio, auto recycler

The radio on my 1989 deville doesn't turn on when the power switch is pushed, though sometimes it pops.  The time works.  Any obvious solutions?

Hi Bob,

     Unfortuneately your radio needs to be repaired. What you can do is go to your local auto recycler/junkyard and get a used radio instead of repairing yours because it will probably be less expensive. Otherwise have fun shopping for a new one. There are so many options now that maybe if you do alot of traveling a satalite radio or a 10 disc CD changer would be a good choice. Otherwise a single cassette or CD player in the radio depending on what you have more of.

     With the Christmas season specials going on there should be some good options available.
