Faulty LOW PRESSURE sensor in the AC system. Most likely cause is when you convert from R-12 freon to R-134 freon. No fix available at this time other than to keep clearing the code from the computer.

Which vents is most of the air coming out of?.
AnswerIf your putting the heat on 90 degrees floor heat and it is coming out of the defroster vents then you have a vacuum leak to the AC/Heater programmer. I can provide pictures and diagnostic charts for you to test the system. Contact me at: onlineautohelp@msn.com
