My car's heater in the front isn't turning on at all(digital guage is working fine but no output).I tried hooking up the blower motor direct to the battery with the red on the possitive and the black on the negitive and left the middle one alone...I got sparks and the motor turned on like 35 seconds after I put power to it and it stayed on for onle 2 seconds and thats it.Did I test the blower motor correctly and does it sound like it's broken? Thanks for your time.

You burned UP the blower motor. Now you will have to replace it FIRST and see if it works and if not we will have to perform some diagnostics. If you put the old one back ON, Do NOT attach the wiring.

Answer
The RED wire is battery +

The Black wire is battery -

The gray/black wire is a variable voltage control data line from the ACP (A/C-Heater programmer).

Since we are fairly certain you fried the electronics within the blower motor you will need to replace the blower motor and the ACP which is located under the passengers side of the dash and has a square block of multi-colored plastic vacuum lines attached to it and has a SPECIFIC procedure to set the metal control rod after you install the new ACP and BEFORE you turn ON the ignition.
