Cadillac Repair: 97 cadillac deville ac problem, vacuum valve, cadillac deville

97 cadillac deville ac won't blow. Cold air will blow from defrost vents but not from ac vents. Fuse? fan motor problem? Difficult fix?

Answer
Fault could be:

1. loss of vacuum to AC/Heater programmer (controller).
2. faulty programmer.
3. faulty vacuum valve.
