Cadillac Repair: maybe fuel pump, fuel pump filter, rubber line

Question
I have a 1991 deville and it started cutting out on right turns,(low fuel, or fuel pump?) then after i shut it off it won't start. I give it a three turn prime on the key and it almost starts. so what do you think. Fuel pump, Filter.
thanks for any help you can give. Also can i clear the codes.

Sounds like fuel pump and or the rubber connector is loose that connects the fuel pump to the pickup tube which is in the gas tank.

If it does NOT stall out when the fuel tank is 3/4 to full under the same circumstances, My money is on the fuel pump or rubber line.
