Question -
I have a 93 fleetwood caddy  the signal lights do not work.

Answer -
Could be the turn signal flasher mounted under the dash up along side of the steering column.

Answer -
If you changed the flasher in the fuse panel you got the wrong one. That one is for the hazards.

Answer
On the round turn signal flasher, when you engage the turn signal do you have battery voltage at ONE of the wires at the flasher ?.

If NOT, Your problem is most likely in the steering column turn signal switch assembly which will have to be replaced.

Try this:

Turn the hazard switch on and off about a dozen or so times as crud builds up in the switch and can cause the turn signals not to work.
