Question -
i have a 92 seville with 125000 on a 4.9 and in the mornings it runs great. in the afternoons or evening it has the power it just has to think about it sometimes and you can see the tach jumping with the motor. it threw me a right to left fuel difference code or somthing like that. in order to repair this issue should i just go through my entire ignition system one by one or where should i start replacing things. i have heard everything from coil cap rotor all the way up to o2 sensor. where should i start?

Answer -
Is or has the check engine ever illuminated ?.

If so, retrieve the codes from the computers and let me know what they are.

Answer
E047 = BCM to PCM data transfer problem between the computers.

E046 = Left/Right Fueling imbalance.

E091 = Park/Neutral circuit problem.

Write these codes down for further reference and then CLEAR the codes and see which ones come back while driving the vehicle.

If ANY of these codes are Current or History codes i need to know which they are.

erase the codes and see which ones come back while driving the vehicle.

I can e-mail you PICTURES of diagnostic procedures for you to follow to test these codes for faults. But you need to contact me at: onlineautohelp@msn.com
