Cadillac Repair: 93 deville, component location, climate control

Hi, I just purchased a 93 deville (4.9 engine) 120,000mi. great condition. the problem I'm having is the Fuel Data Center and Climate control panels aren't showing any display lights nor do they seem to be functional. when I push some of the climate buttons I can hear what sounds like a relay or gate opening but have no control over blower fan. I've checked all fuses in three locations and all are good except the ride leveling fuse(#12) which slowly heats up then blows. I'm hoping you could direct me in any dianostic procedures or give me yor opinion what may cause these problems. Thanks . Kevin

Fuse 12 controls the level riide suspension components of which i can e-mail you and electrical schematic and component location map of what is involved in the system for diagnosis.

Is there any letter appearing in the fuel data and or climate control panel such as "c" or "d" or "-151" ?. Or are the displays just completly blank ?.
