Cadillac Repair: auto temp control , instrument cluster, seville sts, auto temp

1993 seville sts  at times the digital dash displays on the right and left sides go out but the center display is fine. when this happens the heater blows hot air.the place she bought it from was supposed to fix it but she's been getting the run-around for about four months now. they are out of state so all i know is what they tell me.this place has messed whit it some but i think theve made it worse because now when you turn the headlights on the horn blows, so they unplugged it.this place now says they may need a $400 part,but the've got the run-around so much i think this may be just a guess. so they are coming to maine for a visit in a few weeks and wanted me to try and fix it. I was a ford technician for ten years before i changed careers but havent worked on many general motors so any help would be greatly appreciated
