Cadillac Repair: circuit breaker-seats and power locks, cadillac sedan deville, power locks

WASSUP TOM I HAVE A 1988 CADILLAC SEDAN DEVILLE AND IM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A CIRCUIT BREAKER THAT POWERS MY LOCKS AND MY SEATS EVERYTIME I TRY TO PUT IN THE CIRCUIT BREAKER IT SPARKS AT THE VERY TIP AND GETS VERY VERY HOT ITS THE CIRCUIT BREAKER THAT HAS A METAL TOP AND GOES IN MY FUSEBOX ON THE BOTTOM LEFT DRIVER SIDE....WHAT DO U THINK IT IS....IS A POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE TOUCHING SOMEWHERE?

Answer
You have a short somewhere in the circuit. Either start unplugging things or purchase a SHORT DETECTOR at any auto parts store.
