Cadillac Repair: suspension the front lower control arm for a 1990 Cadillac Eldorado, cadillac eldorado, rubber bushing

I had asked a ? before about having bushings replaced on my 1990 Cadillac Eldorado.But I forgot to mention where .It was on the right front tire on the lower control arm .Im not sure what the problem could be being that they havent finished installing everything as it was before they replaced the bushing.There were two different bushing that were replaced.They were the black rubber bushing Im not sure what the name of the bushing were called.

To install the bushings it requires a hydraulic press and special tools.
