Cadillac Repair: dash display lights,ac fan,, caillac, happend

1993 caillac sedan deville 4.9liter.....i just replaced the battery.now the display lights for the fuel ect. are not visible..and the ac fan doesnt seem to be pushing out any air..the radio has always not woked properly..the car was siting for a 6-12 months before all this happend...thankyou ,,,,Brian
