Cadillac Repair: low idle speed 92 DeVille, speed motor, skill level

92 Cad Deville, 4.9 V8, New engine installed 12,000 miles ago at 90,000 miles, car has had idle problems since and now does not want to idle at all unless I keep my foot on the accelerator, have had TPS, Idle Speed Motor, and other sensors replaced, also the automatic headlight system has quit and the automatic mirror dimming system has quit working, any suggestions or help appreciated.
