Cadillac Repair: 1990 Seville misses,no power, dies,I have codes, memory reset, liter motor

Question
My son has a 1990 Seville with 4.5 liter motor that has no power, stalls and generally runs bad.We have put on new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, and fuel filter,no change. Finally figured out how to get codes, one says no cam referance signal from ignition  module. Is this a bad ignition module or does oil all over the motor effect the cam referance?Should I change the Ignition module or try something else? The other codes are PCM memory reset, twilight sential delay pot circuit problem,BCM memory reset indicator, and steering diode shorted in arming sensor.Any suggestions? Thanks!

Answer
Are these codes HISTORY codes or CURRENT codes.

This one is most likely your problem: no cam referance signal from ignition module.
