Cadillac Repair: A/C Blower motor, electrical schematics, cadillac sedan deville

I have a 92 Cadillac Sedan Deville and my problem is with the A/C blower motor. It wont cut off. I turn it on/off by pluging and unplugin it right from the blower itself from the outside under the hood. The a/c temp. control module doesn't cut it off nor control it at all. it does blow real low cool air (which probabaly needs a charge)i've tryed to see if i could turn it off by unpluging the fuse on the passenger ,that i assumed it was this one because it said a/c blower motor, and it the blower motor was still on. i dont know whats the deal. if you can please help me out. thanks

In most cases the fault is the blower control miodule. However it could be the programmer.
