Cadillac Repair: 1993 Cadillac DeVille Emergency Brake, electrical schematics, cadillac deville

The automatic brake release on both our 1993 DeVille and 1989 Eldorado have stopped working.  The manual release on the DeVille is almost non-functional.  Can you give me some instructions on how to repair?  Thank you.
