Cadillac Repair: c1243 after engine replacement 97 sts, electrical schematics, speed sensors

no comp probs prior delar replaced my engine cause it blew when i got back i got traction control and abs lights on then 2 days later service light on  they said they dont know. i got a snap on scaner with gm card, troubleshooter and k9 card. scaned i got short or open lf and rf speed sensors on abs system no engine codes cleared over several times prob kept re appearing first not instantly eventually instally between still di=riving car to work.  2 days later scaned again got data form speed sensors good operation but c1243 abs code pump motor stalled. and no engine codes or bad data. dash on board test shows tsc 1243 and p-113 , pump motor stalled and high voltage on intake sensor circit. i feel these codes are the accurate ones i heard could be a grounding issue on pump aht do you think and what else could it be dealer wants to recharge me for thisd prob now dont want to argue w them motor was installed great i evey years of wires experience at my career dont mid fixing an easily accessible wire problem
