Cadillac Repair: 1994 Deville blower motor, diagnostic test performance, performance instructions

Question
My '94 Deville's blower motor suddenly stops when the A/C is running.  At first it would stop for a few seconds, the start back up, then it began to simply not come on for minutes at a time when started or not work at all.

A few times, I have pushed the Off button, then left the A/C off for awhile and turned it back on and it would work for awhile, but would still stop and start before stopping blowing altogether.

From what I read, this problem has been fixed on some cars by replacing the blower motor power control module.  Where is this located, and is it expensive to replace?

The only repair that was done recently was the replacement of a proportioning valve in a brake line for one of the rear wheels.  It's the 4.9L FI engine.

Answer
The 94 does NOT have a POWER MODULE. Your problem could be:

Blower Motor.
A/C-Heater Programmer.
Instrument panel cluster.
Faulty ground circuit.
faulty wire connection.

You must use the diagnostic test performance instructions to test for the EXACT fault.
