Cadillac Repair: 97 Cadillac deville-NO SPARK! HELP!, coil pack, cadillac deville

I don't know if there is any check lights/codes on because it wont start. It has a digital panel.

Question -
I put a new motor into my 97 deville and i have it all in place and it wont start. There is no spark from the coil pack, i think it isn't getting spark somewhere inbetween the ECU and coil pack. I have replaced the coil pack but it didn't help.
I have checked all the fuses, and the car is getting fuel. HELP!

Do you have a CHECK ENGINE LIGHT ON or a SERVICE LIGHT ON ?.

Do you have any codes in the computer ?.

Do you have an ANALOG or DIGITAL instrument panel cluster ?.  

Answer
does the climate control panel illuminate with the ignition ON ?.

If it does:

1. Simultaneously push and hold the off and WARMER buttons on the climate control panel for 3 seconds and release them.

Diagnostic LETTER/NUMBERS will start to appear, Write them down EXACTLY as they display in the EXACT order in which they display and tell me what they are.

If you lose track, Turn the ignition OFF and start over again.
