Cadillac Repair: 92 Eldorado - RAPIE, fuse box, service bulletins

Question
I have a problem with the interior lights cycling on and off.  Per service bulletins T-92-3 and T-92-115, the problem is related to the switch in the door handle but can be corrected by replacement of the RAPIE module.   Where is the RAPIE module specifically located - in the trunk - where in the trunk? I can locate the fuse box!  But not the RAPIE module!
