Cadillac Repair: No AC or air blowing- Seville 1992, electronic climate control, seville 1992

hi. my question is my ac is not working there is no air blowing from the vent or anywhere inside the car.This car belongs to my granfather and he gave it to me its in good shape and all electrical seems working.I dont have much money right now to take it to auto a/c shop. Can you please help with this matter.

If the air is coming out of the defroster vents you have a vacuum leak somewhere on the engine.

If you have NO air ANYWHERE then your problem is the ELECTRONIC CLIMATE CONTROL PROGRAMMER (ECC) approx $100.00 and is located behind the glove box liner and has a bunch of colored vacuum lines attached to it at the bottom.
