Cadillac Repair: starter relay or passkey module, seville sts, chiltons repair book

1993 STS, northstar 4.6L: where is the starter enable relay module and the passkey decode module? I have a Chiltons repair book, but it does not elaborate on locations of these items.

Hi Gino, On the Seville STS the PASS Key module is located behind the rear passenger seatback on the long side next to the RSS module and all the connectors face the same direction. I don't remember if it can be accessed through the trunk by removeing some 10mm nuts to remove that panel or if the seats need to be removed.

    As for the starter enable relay its located under the carpet near the front edge of the wire channel. So you will need to remove the trim from the bottom door opening, lift up the carpet and look along the wireing harness that is inside the wireing channel or outside the wireing channel and it will be there. There are 2 relays and a circuit breaker and it is the relay closest to the dash.
