Cadillac Repair: a/c cadillac deville 1999, cadillac deville, pressure switches

Question
Could you tell me where the high pressure switch and the pressure cycling switch is on a 1999 Cadillac Deville?  Do they even exist?  My dad and I found the low pressure switch, and we tried to jumper it, but it did no good--the A/C is still giving us hot and cold air intermittently.  The compressor is new--just installed, but there is no flow as far as we can see, and the low pressure and high pressures are both 100.  My dad already evacuated everything and tried to clean stuff out.  We just can't find those pressure switches...
