Cadillac Repair: Battery change, blown fuse, andno a/c. Brakes, blown fuse, battery change

Question
95 Cadillac Concour Deville
I changed my battery, and soon after my temperature and a/c display had lines going thur them, and my cruise control doesn't work either. There's a fuse name ING3 I belive, and it keeps blowing. I took it to a mechanic and they changed the blower, and I still had the same problem. I checked to see if the wires were touching and they were'nt. I get a display that says service ride control, whenever the fuse blows.

Another thing, I had my brake pads changed, soon after that I get a display that says traction diabled.

Thanks.

Answer
Are you sure that you did not pinch any wires when you replaced the battery ?. Look and see.

As for the brake pads changed. There is an electric wire that goes to the brakes. locate the connector near the fender and unplug it and plug it back in again at each whell that had the pads changed.
