Cadillac Repair: Teves II ABS Syatem, haynes book, front wheel drive

Question
I have a 1990 Fleetwood, front wheel drive with a 4.5 engine.  The ABS is not pressurizing I don't hear the pump when I turn the ignition.  There are no leaks around the master cyliner assembly. The Haynes book that I have gives very little information about the Teves II ABS System. It mentions the control module and that's it. Is there a pump relay or switch that I can check?  If so where is it located.  I would sincerely appreciate any help that you can give me.  Thanks in advance.
