Cadillac Repair: air conditioning problem, cadillac seville, cold air

Dear Sir/Madam:

I have a 1987 Cadillac Seville and the air conditioning system blows cold air out the defrost vent onto the windshield and on the floor of the car.

It does not blow cold air out the vents in the center of the car as it has been doing in the past years.

Please advise if this is a relay or fuse problem and where to look on the automobile for the parts to be replaced.
